I’ve been taking this supplement for 3 months. I even bought the serum to complement the vitamins. My hair still keeps falling off. I recommend potential buyers to try something else.

My hair is thinning.
I bought 3 shen min
products.
Vitamins,shampoo and
conditioner.
They were expensive
and did not do a thing.
I will not buy them again.

I noticed lessor hairloss when I shower. I used to see at least 50 strands on the bath floor but now its down to ~ 10. But I’m still losing alot of hair throughout the day or when I comb. I’ve got strands of hair everywhere!! I also realised that on days when I skip the pills for a day or two, I see a substantial increase of hair strands on the bath floor. Yes, the result is that instantaneous! Also no hairgrowth is noticed even when I’m well into my 3rd bottle. I’m still procrastinating if I should continue.

This product didn’t really work for me. . . I used it for two months and I didn’t notice any improvement in my hair. It might work for someone else, but for me I’m still searching for the product that will help with my hair problems.

It took about two months to actually start seeing results, but now for the first time in my life I got complimented on how full my hair was. Looking daily in the mirror the progress is overlooked, but with that compliment I suddenly realized the difference these pills made.
